Description

We are looking to recruit a Technical Sales Administrator to help the sales team with quotes, proposals, account management and administration.

Key tasks & Experience

Potential candidates will be able to build relationships with customers and help manage accounts to maximize customer satisfaction. The role offers great opportunities for growth and the ideal candidate will be looking to grow into a technical sales role.
Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, written and over the phone.
  • General interest in IT would be advantageous
  • Willingness to learn new products or technologies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating quotes for small works and following them up.
  • Manage recurring billings to ensure they are accurate and fully quoted.
  • Building and developing strong relationships and trust with customers.
  • Customer account administration to ensure systems are up to date, sales opportunities are logged and customer service issues are escalated promptly.
  • Assist Converge Sales team with any sales activities including processing orders, tender responses and organising events.
